Requirements
Must:
- HBO werk- en denkniveau.
- Minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring; bijvoorbeeld als ERP consultant, applicatiebeheerder of procesdeskundige.
- Relevante Microsoft certificeringen zijn een pré; bijvoorbeeld MB-800 (Business Central Functional Consultant) of PL-200 (Power Platform Functional Consultant).
- Resultaatgericht, klantvriendelijk en flexibel.
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden en houdt van het oplossen van complexe functionele en technische vraagstukken.
- In bezit van rijbewijs B.
- Communicatief sterk en uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
Responsibilities
- Implementeren van het ERP-systeem Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, vaak in combinatie met onze eigen Apportunix apps, bij klanten.
- Adviseren van klanten bij het oplossen van uitdagingen in hun organisatie met behulp van Business Central.
- Geven van trainingen, ondersteunen van klanten bij datamigraties, en helpen bij het selecteren en inrichten van 3rd party apps.
- Ondersteunen van de supportafdeling bij complexe supportvraagstukken van bestaande klanten.
- Ondersteunen van de afdeling Marketing en Sales; bijvoorbeeld door het geven van demonstraties of webinars.

Je komt terecht in een team met ruim 20 Business Central consultants, developers en support engineers.
