Requirements
Must:
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als Software Product Manager, Product Owner of Software Project Manager in een productieomgeving.
- Ervaring met MES-systemen op productieniveau.
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en stakeholder management.
- Analytisch en strategisch denkvermogen met een hands-on mentaliteit.
- Ervaring in de voedingsindustrie, farmaceutica of andere productie-intensieve sectoren is een pré.
- HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in business, engineering of informatica.
- Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.
Responsibilities
- Beheren van het softwareportfolio van Poultry.
- Vertalen van klantbehoeften naar projectplannen.
- Coördineren van cross-functionele teams.
- Funeren als schakel tussen klanten en interne teams.
- Zorgdragen voor soepele projectuitvoering van concept tot implementatie.
- Uitvoeren van marktanalyses en prioriteren van projecten.
- Ondersteunen van productlanceringen.
