Requirements
Must:
- Minimaal 3 - 5 jaar ervaring als UX designer, bij voorkeur in teamverband
- Goede beheersing van Nederlands (minimaal B2) en Engels (minimaal B1)
- Ervaring met AI
- Ervaring met complexe systemen / processen is een plus
- Kennis van HTML, CSS en javascript is een plus
- Proactieve houding, communicatief vaardig en kwaliteitsgericht

Responsibilities
- Verdielen in het gespecialiseerde domein van pensioen-regelgeving
- Ontwerpen van intuïtieve oplossingen voor complexe processen zoals de pensioenaanvraag
- Ondersteunen van professionals - managers, admins en medewerkers - binnen ons DPaaS-model
- Vertalen van de nieuwe Nederlandse pensioenwetgeving naar gebruiksvriendelijke digitale ervaringen
- Onderzoeken van behoeften van gebruikers en deze vertalen naar gebruikservaringen
- Werken met het designteam om ontwerpen af te stemmen op productstrategie en designrichtlijnen
- Gebruikmaken van AI-ondersteunende tools zoals Figma Make, Replit en Lovable voor prototyping
- Overtuigend toelichten van ontwerpkeuzes aan stakeholders
- Samenwerken met ontwikkelaars om implementatie te zorgen dat overeenkomt met ontwerpvisie.
