Requirements
Must:

- Proven experience in leading development teams and managing projects.

- Strong understanding of front-end principles and experience collaborating with front-end teams.
- Familiarity with tools like Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset.
- Outstanding communication and leadership abilities.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or similar deployment tools.
- Interest in or experience within the healthcare sector.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of APIs and back-end systems using Laravel.
- Oversee database optimization and application performance with MySQL.
- Provide technical guidance to the development team and conduct regular code reviews.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and front-end developers to deliver seamless solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
- Drive architectural decisions and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Mentor and support team members in their professional growth.
- Maintain and create technical documentation.
Description
As a Lead Developer at Verne Health, I take a central role in designing, developing, and optimizing our software solutions. I provide technical leadership to the development team, set coding standards, and drive architectural decisions. This position requires a balance of hands-on coding and mentoring team members to deliver high-quality software. This full-time role is hybrid, with flexible remote work options and an office in Amersfoort.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from €4,500 to €6,500 per month, based on experience. Additionally, there are flexible working hours, the option to work remotely up to 4 days per week, 25 vacation days with the option to purchase additional days, a comprehensive pension plan, travel reimbursement, and an annual training budget for professional development.
