Requirements
Must:
* Ervaring in een soortgelijke functie is een pré.
* Administratieve functie waarbij een technische opleiding is vereist.
* Technische opleiding - MTS-WTB niveau.
* Goede beheersing van het Office-pakket (Word/Excel).
* Goede typevaardigheid.
Responsibilities
* Vanuit onze afdeling engineering worden tekenpakketten aangeleverd met stuklijsten.
* Stuklijsten invoeren in ons ERP-systeem.
* Inkoop bestelbonnen invoeren.
* Handelsonderdelen (bouten, moeren, lagers, cilinders motoren) bestellen bij leveranciers.
* Gegevens verwerken in ons volgsysteem.
* Follow-up doen: wanneer komen onderdelen binnen, nabellen naar leveranciers en controleslag doen.
* Op de hoogte zijn van uitbestedingen.
* Contacten onderhouden met toeleveranciers.
* Zoeken van nieuwe toeleveranciers.
* Onderhandelen over nieuwe prijzen.
* In de komende maanden wordt met een nieuw ERP-systeem gestart, waarbij veel gegevens moeten worden ingevoerd.
