Requirements
Must:
- HBO werk- en denkniveau met relevante opleiding.
- Ervaring met Intune, SCCM, Teams en SharePoint.
- Vaardigheid in PowerShell en procesautomatisering.
- Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels.
- Leiderschap en coachende vaardigheden.
Responsibilities
- Beheren van systemen zoals Intune, SCCM, Microsoft 365, Teams en SharePoint om optimale prestaties te waarborgen.
- Automatiseren van werkprocessen met behulp van PowerShell en Microsoft Graph API voor meer efficiëntie.
- Oplossen van complexe technische incidenten en fungeren als escalatiepunt binnen het team.
- Coachen van collega-engineers en bijdragen aan hun professionele groei en ontwikkeling.
- Samenwerken met teams zoals Service Owners, Security, Networking en Support om een veilige en toekomstbestendige digitale werkplek te realiseren.
