Technical Engineer Specialist

As part of our team, you will be responsible for: - Providing after-sales support to dealers across EMEA through email and helpdesk interactions via our CRM system. - Engaging directly with customers to diagnose and resolve technical problems within a set timeframe. - Analyzing and clarifying customer requests by researching and troubleshooting our existing knowledgebase. - Assessing case complexity and advising customers promptly with high-quality service. - Offering direct support to dealers and distributors through onsite interventions. - Verifying product documentation for completeness and accuracy. - Collaborating with development teams to identify solutions. - Finalizing each case by double-checking results, ensuring issues are resolved, and confirming customer satisfaction. You will also: - Support exhibitions by installing, operating, and dismantling machines, advising customers, and collaborating with our sales team to generate leads. - Organize and host technical training sessions for dealers and distributors, monitor dealer performance, and enhance our knowledge base for both internal and external use. - Engage in refurbishing endeavors, inspecting and repairing returned or used machines intended for resale and maintaining showroom machines. - Verify and approve warranty claims from dealers and advise on warranty terms and conditions. - Assist the sales department with guidance on machine specifications and applications while supporting customer service with inquiries on delivery conditions and parts availability.
