Requirements

Must:
Minimaal PSM II gecertificeerd of gelijkwaardig. Minimaal 4 jaar ervaring als Scrum Master. Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in het coachen van mensen en teams. Je hoeft geen Nederlands te kunnen spreken en begrijpen, maar je moet dit wel willen leren. We helpen je daar graag bij!
Nice to have:
Je bent pro-actief bezig om kennis te vergaren en weer te delen door bijvoorbeeld meetups en conferenties te bezoeken of blogposts en artikelen te schrijven. Je vindt het ook leuk om buiten werktijd dingen met je (leuke) collega’s te doen. Je draagt het Agile gedachtengoed een warm hart toe. Je houdt van aanpakken en van nieuwe dingen uitproberen. Ervaring met Kanban, Lean en/of Devops is een pre. Ervaring met Sociocracy (3.0) en/of Holacracy is extra mooi meegenomen.
