Software Engineer in Test

Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- 4+ years of industry experience as a Software Engineer in Test, Automation Engineer, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks and writing end-to-end automation tests (e.g., Espresso, XCTests, XCUI Tests).
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Kotlin, Swift, or Objective C.
- Hands-on experience testing cloud-based mobile applications.
- Familiarity with version control systems (like Git) and continuous integration systems (like GitHub Actions or similar).
- Understanding of design patterns, object-oriented programming, and testing methodologies.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills in a cross-functional environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement test automation frameworks.
- Create and maintain automated tests to guarantee functionality and prevent regressions.
- Leverage Agile and Kanban methodologies to deliver solutions efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews to foster shared learning and ensure quality.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA process.
- Mentor and guide junior QA team members to foster a culture of quality and excellence.
- Champion best practices in testing, testability, and maintainability of test suites.
- Define and execute manual and exploratory tests.
