Requirements

Must:
- 3+ years of software engineering experience - Kotlin knowledge, at least on a basic level - A solid background in algorithms and data structures - A good understanding of multithreading and coroutines - Experience with object-oriented design - Problem-solving skills - Debugging experience - Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken English - Practical knowledge of design patterns, SOLID, and Clean Code principles - Experience building complex software systems - Passion for continuous improvement and experimentation: you like to influence the product and the organization and take ownership of technical design and implementation - Desire to learn and share with your peers, including mentoring and training them - Willingness to take ownership and to improve internal processes and ways of working - Integrity, adaptability, and empathy

Responsibilities

We are looking for bright, curious, and motivated software engineers to join our Android backend development team. You would be developing software for navigation systems, designing and implementing our latest generation navigation SDKs, and ensuring that we provide the best possible user experience to drivers. You would work in a hybrid environment, with the flexibility to work remotely and meet the team at the office.
