Requirements
Must:
- Je spreekt goed Nederlands en kunt klanten duidelijk te woord staan
- Je hebt een afgeronde mbo-opleiding in de richting van ICT
- Je hebt al ervaring met het oplossen van ICT-storingen en VPN-instellingen
Responsibilities
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor alles wat met ICT te maken heeft
- Je zorgt ervoor dat storingen snel worden opgelost
- Je stelt VPN-verbindingen in en controleert of deze goed werken
- Je waarborgt dat de hardware op orde is
- Je houdt binnenkomende meldingen bij en helpt collegas met hun vragen
- Je lost problemen met programmas en verbindingen op
- Je documenteert wat je hebt gedaan en denkt mee over verbetering van processen
Description
Wij bieden je de kans om tot €17 per uur te verdienen met flexibele werktijden tussen 24 en 32 uur per week. Je zult afwisselend op afstand werken en af en toe op locatie in de omgeving van s-Hertogenbosch. Wij bieden een vooruitzicht op een vast contract, een parttime dienstverband en pensioenopbouw vanaf je eerste werkdag. Deze organisatie beheert diverse locaties in Nederland, met ons hoofdkantoor gelegen in s-Hertogenbosch.
