Must:
- HBO- of WO-werk- en -denkniveau
- Kennis van de Jeugdwet, ervaring in het jeugdzorglandschap en bekend met de sociale kaart van Lelystad
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in deze of een soortgelijke functie binnen een gemeentelijke organisatie
- Analytisch sterk en in staat complexe aanvragen helder en objectief te beoordelen

- Toets aanvragen voor jeugdzorg aan de contractuele afspraken van de gemeente Lelystad
- Beoordeel aanvragen die niet onder het gecontracteerd aanbod vallen en onderzoek of deze toegewezen kunnen worden, met oog voor contractuele kaders
- Adviseer collegas en samenwerkingspartners helder en onderbouwd over jouw beoordeling op de gecontracteerde en niet gecontracteerde aanvragen tot jeugdhulp, met nadruk op de contractuele passendheid
- Blijf op de hoogte van de ontwikkelingen van de producten en interventies binnen de gecontracteerde kaders en kan hierover adviseren

Wij zijn de gemeente Lelystad en zoeken een Contractspecialist Jeugdhulp. In deze rol ben je dé expert op het gebied van gemeentelijke contracten met zorgaanbieders van jeugdhulp. Je werk is van essentieel belang, omdat je direct bijdraagt aan de kwaliteit, effectiviteit en duurzaamheid in de jeugdhulp. Wij bieden een functie in functiegroep 9 conform de cao gemeente, met een opdracht tot 31-12-2026 en een werkweek van 28 tot 32 uur.
