Requirements
Must:
- Minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring in werkvoorbereiding of modelleren, bij voorkeur met BIM-programmatuur zoals Revit en Solibri.
- HBO werk- en denkniveau, aangevuld met gedegen kennis van dynamische tools zoals Dynamo, Python en Grasshopper (pré).
- Eigenschappen zoals nauwkeurigheid, een klantgerichte houding, en uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.
Responsibilities
- Betrokken bij het opbouwen en uitwerken van BIM-modellen tot en met de Uitvoeringsontwerp (UO) fase.
- Voorzien van BIM-coördinatie, clashcontrole, modelvalidatie en ontwerpcoördinatie.
- Bijdragen aan de doorontwikkeling en innovatie van de BIM-processen binnen het bedrijf.
- Speel een sleutelrol in de verdere digitalisering en industrialisering van de conceptuele woningbouw.
