Requirements
Must:
- Afgeronde hbo/wo-opleiding in IT of vergelijkbaar.
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als functioneel applicatiebeheerder of vergelijkbare rol.
- Kennis en ervaring met de Microsoft Dynamics stack, met focus op CRM D365.
- Ervaring met CPQ-oplossingen is een sterke pre.
- Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels.
- Communicatief sterk, proactief en een echte teamspeler met lef en resultaatgerichtheid.
Responsibilities
- Beheren, configureren en optimaliseren van Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE en de CPQ-oplossing.
- Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor collega s en deelnemen aan projecten.
- Vertalen van functionele wensen naar concrete technische oplossingen.
- Signaleren en doorvoeren van verbeteringen.
- Ondersteunen van gebruikers met 2e en 3e lijns issues.
- Samenwerken met internationale teams en leveranciers.
- Documenteren van processen, handleidingen en procedures.
