Requirements

Responsibilities
As a Product Owner, I am responsible for the realization and further development of various financial products and/or projects. I ensure excellent stakeholder management to prioritize wishes and possibilities. I monitor the quality and quantity of work, guide the team where needed, and make proposals for process and quality improvements. I contribute to the focus, process, and end goals of projects, shaping them effectively. In my role as a Junior Consultant, I will first get acquainted with the world of financial services, building expertise that leads me towards my ambition as a Product Owner. In my initial assignment, I may take on the implementation of an efficient pension administration, learning the specifics of the field and playing a key role in improving mutation processes. I will gain work experience in a project environment as a Project Management Supporter, responsible for organizing and executing internal meetings, managing stakeholders, and conducting business analyses.
Description
The Product Owner traineeship consists of several fixed components, including the best onboarding program in the Netherlands! I will gain work experience, orient myself, and specialize at various pension funds and insurers. I will undergo a training trajectory focusing on skills training in Agile working and project management, including Agile Scrum Foundation, Professional Product Owner, better communication with stakeholders, addressing interests, and management skills, along with relevant substantive courses like Wft’s in financial services. There is ample opportunity for growth from young professional to Product Owner, with the interaction between theory and practice providing the best learning process. I will obtain Wft Vermogen and Wft Pensioen certifications while working on Agile/Scrum Foundation, Professional Product Owner, Lean Green Belt, and Prince2 Foundation, as well as various personal development training programs. Throughout the traineeship, I will be coached by a People Manager who helps me determine my professional and personal goals. Talent&Pro offers a direct permanent contract with 27 vacation days and a flexible mobility budget tailored to my transportation preferences: lease car, bicycle, NS Businesscard, shared scooter, or €225 gross reimbursement. A monthly salary of €2,972 (including 8.33% holiday pay) with personal transportation, or €2,747 with a lease car (without personal contribution). My salary will grow annually with my development—up to €325 after the first year and up to €433 after the second year (including holiday pay). A People Manager will act as my personal career coach to support my growth, and there is an unlimited budget for courses, training, and further education to encourage my development.
