Requirements
Must:
Je beschikt over een afgeronde HBO of WO opleiding op het gebied van Werktuigbouwkunde, Mechatronica, Industriële Automatisering, Technische Bedrijfskunde of aanverwant. Je hebt ervaring in een preventieve onderhoudsorganisatie en/of productieomgeving. Wanneer je als Reliability Engineer ervaring hebt met EAM-tools, is dit een pré. Je bent analytisch, structureel en zelfsturend. Je bent communicatief vaardig richting meerdere lagen in de organisatie en beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend in woord en geschrift.
Responsibilities
Als Reliability Engineer werk je aan onderhoudsconcepten en onderhoudsplannen om productiedoelstellingen te realiseren en de Licence to Operate te behouden. Je ondersteunt bij storingsanalyses en verbetertrajecten, en adviseert bij modificaties en nieuwbouw. Je ontwikkelt en deelt best practices en verbetert continu het onderhoud van de installaties. Hiermee draag je bij aan de optimale balans tussen asset prestatie, risico, kosten in relatie tot de supply chain strategie.
