Requirements
Must:
- Je hebt een HBO- of WO-opleiding afgerond (bijv. CMD of Industrieel Ontwerpen) en zon 4-5 jaar ervaring.
- Je kunt uit die tijd werk laten zien waar je trots op bent.
- Je bent analytisch sterk (denk: UX meets Business Analyse).
- Je doorgrondt complexe processen en brengt ze visueel in kaart met logische flows en intuïtieve UIs.
- Je pakt eigenaarschap en neemt klanten en collegas enthousiast mee in jouw ontwerpkeuzes.
- Je zet AI slim in om efficiënter te werken en deelt die kennis graag met het team.
- Je onderzoekt de echte gebruikersbehoefte en faciliteert graag workshops.
- Je hebt de ambitie om op termijn minder ervaren collegas te begeleiden.
- Je wilt meebouwen aan de applicaties die de motor vormen van grote organisaties.
Responsibilities
- Ontwerpen en uitpluizen van complexe processen samen met de eindgebruiker.
- Leiden van creatieve workshops op locatie bij diverse bedrijven.
- Faciliteren van discussies tussen gebruikers, IT en management.
- Schetsen van procesflows op een whiteboard tijdens workshops.
- Sparren met collega-designers over de logica van uitgewerkte flows.
- Beheren en perfectioneren van een design system.
- Hosting van kennissessies over nieuwe AI-toepassingen in het vakgebied.
