Requirements
Must:
- Aantoonbaar hbo of wo-werk en denkniveau.
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met Microsoft IAM-producten zoals Active Directory, EntraID, Conditional Access, Enterprise Apps en Single SignOn.
- Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring met het inrichten van Privileged Access Management.
Responsibilities
- Implementeren, optimaliseren en beheren van IAM-oplossingen.
- Analyseren van incidenten binnen het Microsoft EntraID- of Active Directory-platform.
- Onboarden van nieuwe applicaties via Single Sign-On en enterprise apps.
- Automatiseren van herhaaldelijk werk of selfservice-verzoeken in ServiceNow.
- Uitwerken van processen tot duidelijke werkinstructies en bijhouden van communicatieplannen en stakeholderoverzichten.
- Ondersteunen bij IGA- en authenticatie-implementaties.
- Vertalen van het nieuwe authenticatiebeleid naar technische policies tijdens designworkshops.
