Requirements
Must:
- Je beschikt over HBO werk- en denkniveau;
- Je hebt minimaal 4 jaar aantoonbare ervaring als Microsoft 365 Specialist, met een sterke focus op gebruikersondersteuning én omgevingsverbetering;
- Je hebt diepgaande kennis en ervaring met Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange en de Microsoft 365-apps zoals Outlook, Word, Excel en PowerPoint;
- Je bent communicatief sterk, servicegericht, pragmatisch en stressbestendig;
- Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift.
Responsibilities
- Ondersteunen van gebruikers bij vragen en incidenten rondom Microsoft 365-applicaties zoals Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive en Exchange;
- Oplossen van complexe gebruikersproblemen (2e/3e lijn);
- Onderzoeken van nieuwe Microsoft 365-functionaliteiten en hoe deze waarde kunnen toevoegen aan de organisatie;
- Opstellen en onderhouden van duidelijke gebruikersdocumentatie, handleidingen en instructies;
- Voorbereiden, testen en begeleiden van updates en wijzigingen;
- Opstellen en bewaken van beleid, richtlijnen en standaarden voor het gebruik van Microsoft 365.
