Requirements
Must:
- Je beheerst Nederlands of Engels goed in woord en geschrift
- Je hebt hbo werk- en denkniveau
- Je hebt ervaring met Excel en bij voorkeur Power BI
- Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met ticketing systemen zoals ServiceNow, Jira of Zendesk
- Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt sterke organisatorische vaardigheden
Responsibilities
- Aanmaken en beheren van tickets in het ticketing systeem
- Monitoren van orders die beïnvloed worden door openstaande tickets
- Opvolgen en escaleren van urgente operationele issues
- Analyseren van ticketdata en opstellen van rapportages
- Samenwerken met interne teams om orderproblemen snel op te lossen
Description
Je gaat aan de slag bij een internationale organisatie die actief is in de logistieke en operationele dienstverlening. Door continu te monitoren en te analyseren wordt gewerkt aan het verbeteren van operationele prestaties en klanttevredenheid.
