Requirements
Must:
- Een mbo niveau 3 of 4 diploma in IT (of vergelijkbaar)
- Ervaring in een vergelijkbare IT support rol
- Een servicegerichte en gestructureerde werkhouding
- Het vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen en zelfstandig te werken
- Ervaring met Topdesk, Citrix en Microsoft is een sterke pre
- Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels, zodat je soepel kunt schakelen met internationale collegas.
Responsibilities
- Support (1e, 2e en 3e lijn): Je helpt collegas bij IT-vraagstukken en storingen.
- Werkplekbeheer: Jij zorgt ervoor dat alle werkplekken optimaal functioneren.
- Systeem- en netwerkbeheer: Je houdt de IT-infrastructuur draaiende, waaronder wifi, switches, access points en file servers.
- Projecten & verbeteringen: Je krijgt de ruimte om procesideeën slimmer of efficiënter te maken.
