Requirements
Must:
- MBO niveau 3/4 werk- en denkniveau
- Minimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring bij een commerciële werkgever
- Gedegen kennis van M365 beheeromgevingen (Autopilot, InTune, Policies etc)
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal
- Sterk empathisch vermogen
- Je woont op maximaal 30 minuten reizen van ons kantoor in Hoogeveen
Responsibilities
- Telefonisch aanspreekpunt voor onze relaties
- Aannemen en registreren van storingen en vragen
- Oplossen of beantwoorden van klantvragen
- Beheer en optimalisatie van complexe ICT-infrastructuren op locatie
- Dagelijkse monitoring en beheer van klantomgevingen
- Beheer van internetverbindingen, interne netwerken, werkplekken, Microsoft 365 tenant, Azure servers/services, on-premise servers en dagelijkse back-ups van diverse systemen

Wij zijn op zoek naar een Medior ICT Specialist voor 32 tot 40 uur per week, met zowel binnendienst als buitendienst werkzaamheden. Je komt te werken in een hecht en gezellig team in ons recent verbouwde moderne kantoor in Hoogeveen. Wij bieden een goed salaris, inclusief eindejaar bonus en 25 vakantiedagen bij een fulltime dienstverband, opleidings- en doorgroeimogelijkheden, gratis lunch, en een vrijdagmiddag borrel met jaarlijkse teamuitjes.
