Requirements
Must:
We are looking for someone who is fluent in English and possesses strong experience with ERP systems, specifically Navision BC/2009. A background in IT customer support or system administration is essential, along with experience supporting remote users.
You should also have advanced hardware repair and troubleshooting skills, a strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, and be a confident communicator, both written and verbal. We value self-starters with a practical mindset who work well in teams and have strong problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
In this hands-on IT role, you will support infrastructure across the Netherlands and Germany, including assisting users based in wider Europe and the UK. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and supporting Navision BC / Navision 2009 and other ERP systems.
- Building, configuring, and repairing hardware and software.
- Troubleshooting servers, networks, and security issues.
- Running preventative maintenance and administering IT security across servers, computers, and network equipment.
You will provide Level 1/2 support to staff across EU regions, manage and track support tickets, and assist both remote and on-site users. You will also set up networks, production/process equipment, and IT installations.
In addition, you will contribute to IT projects and operational improvements, update technical documentation and work schedules, and assist operations teams with new processes and systems. This is an on-site role based in the Netherlands, with travel to Germany approximately 5 days per month.
