Requirements
Must:
- Background in academia
- At least two years of work experience in Python and C++ or Rust
- Familiarity with asynchronous, concurrent, and multi-threaded code
- Strong scripting abilities in Bash
- Hands-on experience with machine learning and data processing pipelines
- Experience with CI/CD tooling
Responsibilities

- Design scalable data infrastructure to ingest, process, and analyze large datasets
- Translate advanced machine learning models and trading strategies into production-grade solutions
- Collaborate daily with traders, researchers, developers, infrastructure specialists, and performance experts
- Ensure low-latency, reliability, and execution efficiency in systems
- Design, build, and optimize systems that drive millions of trading decisions daily
