Requirements
Must:
- Affiniteit met ICT, mbo-opleiding (niveau 3 of hoger) óf vergelijkbare kennis.
- Stressbestendig en klantgericht.
- Proactief en zelfstandig problemen oplossen.
- Communicatief sterk en behulpzaam.
- Ervaring met Microsoft Office 365 en verschillende systemen.
- Flexibel inzetbaar (minimaal 2 tot 4 dagen/dagdelen per week).
Responsibilities
- Helpen van collega’s en leerlingen met storingen en vragen.
- Software installeren op pc’s.
- Technische support geven bij digitale examens en schoolactiviteiten.
- Telefoontjes, e-mails en meldingen in Topdesk opvangen voor alle 4 scholen.
- Grotere infrastructuurproblemen doorgeven aan de centrale ICT-afdeling.
