API Developer

We are looking for an experienced API Developer with profound JAVA knowledge to facilitate the automated data exchange between Schiphol's information systems internally as well as with its ecosystem, including passengers, airlines, customs, caterers, and energy companies. You'll become a part of the DnA API development team, delivering (REST and Streaming) APIs within a small yet closely connected agile team. Together, we provide our customers and aviation partners with timely and accurate data. At Schiphol, we connect your world. As an API developer, you will be responsible for disclosing the world of Schiphol data. The activities you'll perform are diverse and include creating new APIs, upgrading existing ones to the latest standards, problem-solving, and interacting with users. We offer a salary range of € 4401 to € 6128 gross per month (Schaal 11), a 13th month (year-end bonus), flexibility to work 4 x 9 hours in a 36-hour work week, and an NS Business Card that fully reimburses travel by public transportation to and from work.
