Requirements
Must:
- Minimaal een ICT-opleiding niveau 4 afgerond.
- Minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie.
- Ervaring met het inrichten en beheren van Microsoft Intune omgevingen (MD-102 is een pré).
- Kennis van zakelijke netwerkcomponenten zoals routers, firewalls, switches en DNS.
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal en communicatief vaardig.
- Wonen in Noord Holland.
- Klantgericht en plezier in het helpen van anderen.
- Gedreven om jezelf continu te ontwikkelen en op de hoogte te blijven van de nieuwste technologieën.
Responsibilities
- Beheren en onderhouden van cloud-gebaseerde ICT-omgevingen.
- Implementeren van nieuwe systemen en applicaties bij klanten.
- Analyseren en oplossen van technische storingen op de supportdesk.
- Configureren en beheren van gesegmenteerde netwerken (routers, firewalls, DNS, VPN- en Internetverbindingen).
- Proactief adviseren over verbeteringen en optimalisaties voor klantomgevingen.
- Samenwerken met collegas om technische uitdagingen snel op te lossen.
