- Kennis van Microsoft oplossingen (Azure, Microsoft 365, Sharepoint etc.)
- Ervaring met het creëren en onderhouden van IT-omgevingen
- Vaardigheden in remote support en helpdeskwerk
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
- Teamspeler met een behulpzame houding
- Bereidheid om continu te leren en zich te ontwikkelen
Responsibilities
- Creëren en onderhouden van stabiele, veilige en innovatieve IT-omgevingen met het team
- Bieden van remote support via de helpdesk
- Meewerken aan installatie- en migratieprojecten op klantlocaties
- Delen van expertise en ondersteuning bieden aan zowel collegas als klanten
