Requirements
Must:
- MBO/HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in elektrotechniek, industriële automatisering of technische bedrijfskunde
- Ervaring of sterke affiniteit met drives, industriële besturingen en automatisering
- Klantgericht, accuraat en stressbestendig
- Communicatief sterk, sociaal en een echte teamspeler
- Initiatiefrijk en organisatiebewust
- Ervaring met MS Office en SAP is een pré
- Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels
Responsibilities
- Technische ondersteuning bieden bij storingen en vraagstukken rondom optimalisatie
- Offertes opstellen voor spare parts en servicewerkzaamheden
- Bevindingen delen met het commerciële team voor betere klantoplossingen
- Incidenteel andere taken oppakken – we zijn een pragmatisch team dat samengroeit
- Incidenteel inspecties, reparaties en inbedrijfstellingen uitvoeren op locatie
- Helder rapporteren en correcte administratieve afhandeling verzorgen
- Actief kennis delen via interne trainingen en klantgerichte sessies
