IT & Software Developer jobs in the Netherlands
Requirements
Must:
- Een afgeronde HBO/WO opleiding, bij voorkeur in IT of bedrijfskunde.
- Minimaal 5 jaar recente en relevante ervaring als business analist, waarvan minimaal 2 jaar bij de overheid.
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
- Ervaring met de Agile methodiek, maar bij voorkeur ook met BPMN en Lean en certificeringen zoals BiSL, Agile/Scrum, Archimate, BCS Practitioner of TOGAF zijn een sterke pré (of de bereidheid om deze via ons te behalen).
Responsibilities
- Inventariseren en analyseren van complexe requirements en deze vertalen naar scherpe functionele specificaties.
- Bedrijfsprocessen nauwgezet in kaart brengen en optimalisatiemogelijkheden identificeren.
- Leidinggeven aan workshops en afnemen van diepte-interviews om consensus te creëren onder alle stakeholders.
- Zorgen dat de neuzen over de projectdoelen dezelfde kant op staan.
