Must:
Als Functioneel Beheerder beschik je over:
- Aantoonbare kennis van en ervaring met de applicatie Osiris.
- Ervaring met het oplossen van conversieproblemen.
- Kennis van applicatie-inrichting en autorisatiebeheer.
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om functioneel beheerders en eindgebruikers te ondersteunen.
Responsibilities
Onze opdrachtgever is bezig met de implementatie van het studentinformatiesysteem (SiS) Osiris. Voor de afronding van dit project, met name tijdens de laatste fase van de implementatie en het nazorgtraject, zoeken wij een ervaren freelancer die ons team Functioneel Beheer tijdelijk kan versterken. De opdracht omvat de volgende taken:
- Ondersteuning van het team Functioneel Beheer tijdens de implementatie van SiS Osiris.
- Oplossen van conversieproblemen die zich voordoen tijdens de implementatie.
- Het verzorgen van de inrichting van de applicatie Osiris.
- Beantwoorden van autorisatievragen en het bieden van ondersteuning aan gebruikers.
