We are seeking a proactive Business Analyst with a solid foundation in finance and systems. Your analytical skills and ability to translate complex business needs into technical specifications will be key to your success in this role. Proven experience in the consumer products industry is essential. You should possess a comprehensive understanding of SAP finance modules and data integration, along with strong data mapping and modeling capabilities. Excellent analytical and documentation skills, as well as proficiency in communication and stakeholder management, are also required.
Responsibilities
As a Systems and Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our transformation journey. You'll collaborate closely with various teams to define and document requirements, ensuring our SAP S/4HANA system and integrated planning tools meet business needs effectively. Your responsibilities will include detailed data analysis, process mapping, and supporting system configurations. Specifically, you will:
- Understand and document financial control and planning processes (GL, AP, AR, AA, etc.).
- Map data requirements, attributes, and flows across SAP S/4HANA and other financial systems.
- Support the definition and documentation of end-to-end data and process integrations.
- Assist in testing integration scenarios and preparing for system cutover.
- Contribute to the creation of process flows, functional specs, and user guides.
