Must:
As our ideal Systems and Business Analyst, I am looking for someone who brings a strong blend of technical and functional expertise. You should have a proven track record in R&D IT systems and data integration, combined with excellent analytical and communication skills. The following experience is required:
- 3–5 years of experience as a Systems or Business Analyst in R&D IT systems, data integration, or ERP implementation.
- Solid understanding of R&D processes and enterprise systems (ERP, PLM).
- Proficiency in data mapping, modelling, and documentation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
Responsibilities
In this exciting role, you will be at the forefront of our R&D system transformation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing and documenting R&D processes, including product lifecycle management and regulatory compliance.
- Mapping data requirements and flows across SAP S/4HANA, Centric PLM, and other R&D systems.
- Supporting the definition and testing of end-to-end data and process integrations.
- Contributing to documentation, testing (UAT), and training for new systems and processes.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure functional requirements are met and supporting change management activities.
