Requirements
Must:
- Een universitaire opleiding hebben afgerond in techniek, commercie, bedrijfskunde of een verwante richting
- Ambitieus en analytisch zijn, met een hands-on mentaliteit
- Gedreven zijn om impact te maken in technische projecten en teams
- Nieuwsgierig zijn naar bedrijfsgroei, veranderingsprocessen en samenwerkingen
- De ambitie hebben om binnen 3-5 jaar door te groeien naar een managementfunctie
Responsibilities
- Doorlopen van diverse afdelingen en projecten, elk met een duur van ongeveer 6 maanden
- Optimalisatie van bedrijfsprocessen bij het bedrijfsbureau
- Verbetering van werkvoorbereidingsprocessen
- Leiding geven aan multidisciplinaire projectteams
- Ontwerp en implementatie van slimme besturingstechniek en software
- Innovatieprojecten voor het testen en toepassen van nieuwe technologieën
- Strategische projecten gericht op groei en marktontwikkeling
