Requirements
Must:
- At minimum a MSc in Physics, Electrical Engineering, with a focus on experimental quantum computing or cQED (strong preference for superconducting quantum computing).
- Solid understanding of quantum hardware (e.g., superconducting qubits, cryogenics, microwave engineering) with an experimental quantum background, very preferably superconducting.
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in a customer-facing or technical support role is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
- Eager to deepen technical understanding of quantum hardware.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical liaison between customers and the internal engineering, and product teams.
- Support customers throughout the full lifecycle - from onboarding and system setup to calibration, operation, and performance optimization of quantum processors.
- Translate customer requirements into actionable feedback for product and engineering teams to improve hardware, documentation and training materials.
- Develop and maintain technical training materials, best-practices guides to enable customers to effectively use the companys quantum technology.
- Troubleshoot hardware, and integration issues, coordinating with R&D to ensure rapid resolution and continuous improvement.
- Gather and communicate customer insights to influence roadmap and product development priorities.
- Represent the company at conferences, customer meetings, and partner collaborations.
