Requirements
Must:
- Je hebt een hbo- of wo-diploma, bij voorkeur Bedrijfskunde, Finance of Bestuurskunde.
- Je bent leergierig en ambitieus om jezelf te ontwikkelen tot consultant.
- Je werkt zorgvuldig en deelt graag je inzichten met collegas.
- Je herkent jezelf in onze kernwaarden en competenties: ambitieus, mensgericht, eerlijk en oplossingsgericht.
Responsibilities
- Je draait vanaf dag één mee bij onze opdrachtgevers, zoals overheidsorganisaties en semipublieke instellingen.
- Je werkt mee aan maatschappelijk verantwoorde inkoopprojecten.
- Je ontdekt hoe slimme inkoopprocessen bijdragen aan een duurzamere wereld én efficiëntere bedrijfsvoering.
- Je werkt aan operationele inkoopprocessen, van bestelaanvragen tot contractbeheer.
- Je leert werken met Oracle en andere inkoopsystemen.
- Je volgt trainingen over ESG, aanbestedingen en gesprekstechnieken.
- Je ontwikkelt jouw adviesvaardigheden en consultancy skills.
- Je bouwt aan kennis van MVI, ketenverantwoordelijkheid en social return.
- Je krijgt persoonlijke begeleiding van je teammanager, carrièrecoach en collegas, met duidelijke leerdoelen.
Description
Bij Profource combineren we Finance, Inkoop, IT en procesoptimalisatie. We helpen organisaties slimmer en duurzamer werken met hun systemen, data en processen. We investeren in jouw ontwikkeling, zodat jij kunt groeien tot consultant en specialist binnen Maatschappelijk Verantwoord Inkopen. Je ontvangt een vast contract vanaf je eerste werkdag, een startsalaris van €2.862,- bruto per maand inclusief vakantiegeld, drie evaluatiemomenten in het eerste jaar, en onbeperkte opleidingsmogelijkheden via de Profource Academy. Bovendien krijg je persoonlijke begeleiding van je teammanager en carrièrecoach in een hechte, mensgerichte organisatie.
