Requirements
Must:
- MBO-niveau ICT (niveau 3 of 4) of vergelijkbaar werk- en denkniveau
- Kennis van werkplekbeheer, Windows, Microsoft 365 en ITIL-processen
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal (mondeling en schriftelijk)
- Ervaring met klantcontact en servicegerichte ondersteuning
- Structuur in je werk en gevoel voor techniek
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
Responsibilities
- Eindgebruikers telefonisch ondersteuning geven
- Behoeften vertalen naar het juiste advies of actie
- Analyses maken bij incidenten en verstoringen en oplossingsgericht te werk gaan
- Afstemming zoeken met leveranciers om ervoor te zorgen dat gemaakte afspraken worden nagekomen
- Rapportages en documentatie bijhouden zodat ook collegas profiteren van vastgelegde kennis
- Samenwerken met collegas uit zowel ICT als de zorg om onze systemen optimaal te laten functioneren
Description
Wij zijn Pro Persona, en we zijn op zoek naar een IT Support Engineer die het verschil kan maken voor onze collegas in Wolfheze. Je komt te werken in een dynamische ICT-afdeling waar samenwerking en groei centraal staan. We bieden een dienstverband van 36 uur per week met een concurrerend salaris tussen €2.655,- en €3.456,-, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring. Je krijgt tevens 166 vakantie-uren, vakantiegeld, een eindejaarsuitkering en een jaarlijks balansbudget. In ons betrokken, energieke team stimuleren we initiatief en persoonlijke ontwikkeling, zodat we samen kunnen bouwen aan een toekomstbestendig ICT-landschap.
