Requirements
Must:
- You live in the Netherlands.
- You are immediately available.
- You are fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- You have exposure to SAP S/4HANA, Kinaxis, or similar platforms which is highly desirable.
- You possess 3 years of experience as a Systems or Business Analyst in supply/demand planning, data integration, or ERP implementation.
Responsibilities
- You will understand supply and demand planning processes including demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory optimization, and S&OP.
- You will document planning functionality and integrations across SAP S/4HANA, Kinaxis, and related systems.
- You will ensure that SAP S/4HANA and Kinaxis configurations support effective planning processes.
- You will map data requirements, flows, and define transformation logic between ERP, planning tools, and external data sources.
- You will support end-to-end integration design and documentation across SAP, Kinaxis, and connected platforms.
- You will collaborate with architects to ensure data flow consistency and assist in testing integration scenarios.
- You will produce clear documentation including process flows, functional specs, data mapping sheets, and test scripts.
- You will support UAT execution and deliver training sessions for business and IT teams.
- You will act as a bridge between business SMEs and technical teams, translating planning needs into system specifications.
- You will collaborate with supply chain, IT, and data governance teams to ensure alignment on requirements.
Description
We are seeking a Business Analyst with 3 years of experience in supply and demand planning systems to join The Magnum Ice Cream Company (part of Unilever). This is a 1-year assignment with the potential for extension, focusing on SAP S/4HANA and Kinaxis integration, data mapping, forecasting processes, and end-to-end planning design.
