Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Reside in the Netherlands.
- Available immediately.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Fluent in English, with Dutch being a plus.
- Have exposure to SAP S/4HANA, MES integrations, or similar platforms, which is highly desirable.
- Possess at least 3 years of experience as a Systems or Business Analyst in manufacturing IT systems, data integration, or ERP implementation.
- Having a Business Analysis or Agile certification (CBAP, CCBA, Scrum Master) is advantageous.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will focus on several key responsibilities:
- Understand core manufacturing processes, including production planning, execution, quality management, and logistics integration.
- Document manufacturing functionality and integrations across SAP S/4HANA, MES, and shop floor systems.
- Ensure that SAP S/4HANA and MES configurations support effective manufacturing processes, including mapping data requirements and defining transformation logic between ERP, MES, and reporting tools.
- Support end-to-end integration design and documentation across SAP and connected platforms, collaborating with architects to ensure data flow consistency and assisting in testing integration scenarios.
- Produce clear documentation, including process flows, functional specifications, data mapping sheets, and test scripts, while supporting UAT execution and delivering training sessions for business and IT teams.
- Act as a bridge between business SMEs and technical teams by translating manufacturing needs into system specifications and collaborating with supply chain, IT, and data governance teams to ensure alignment on requirements.
Description
This is a 1-year temporary assignment with the potential for extension, focusing on SAP S/4HANA deployment, MES integrations, data mapping, and end-to-end process design. The Magnum Ice Cream Company, a part of Unilever, is the world's largest ice cream business with over €8 billion in annual revenue and a presence in more than 60 countries. We operate under globally recognized brands such as Magnum, Wall's, and Ben & Jerry's, renowned for delivering indulgent yet responsibly made ice cream products, driven by innovation, sustainability, and a passion for creating joyful consumer experiences. The employment contract will run from November 24, 2025, to November 23, 2026, with a salary between €4,500 - €6,500 based on a 40-hour work week and experience. We offer a 32-40 hour work week, travel allowance, pension scheme, and hybrid working mode.
