Must:
We are looking for a Business Analyst who has a Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. You should be fluent in English, and knowledge of Dutch is a plus. You must have three years of experience as a Systems or Business Analyst specifically in SAP Finance modules, data integration, or ERP implementation. Experience with SAP S/4HANA or similar platforms is highly desirable. Having a Business Analysis or Agile certification, such as CBAP, CCBA, or Scrum Master, would be advantageous. Additionally, you must live in the Netherlands and be immediately available.
Responsibilities
In this role, I expect you to demonstrate functional and process expertise by understanding financial control and planning processes, including GL, AP, AR, AA, Cash Management, Taxation, and Costing. You will document financial master data and transactional integrations with ERP and related systems. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that the SAP S/4HANA configuration supports effective processes, mapping data requirements and flows across SAP and non-SAP systems, and defining data transformation logic and validation rules. You will document end-to-end data and process integrations across SAP and connected platforms and collaborate with architects to ensure data flow consistency and alignment with business rules. Additionally, I will need your support in documenting processes, creating functional specs, data mapping sheets, test scripts, and user guides. You will support UAT execution and deliver training sessions for business users and IT teams, while also collaborating with Finance SMEs, IT, and data governance teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.

This position is a one-year temporary assignment with the potential for extension, focusing on SAP S/4HANA financial processes, data integration, testing, and stakeholder collaboration. We operate under globally recognized brands like Magnum, Wall's, and Ben & Jerry's, delivering indulgent yet responsibly made ice cream products driven by innovation, sustainability, and a passion for creating joyful consumer experiences. The contract duration will be from November 24, 2025, to November 23, 2026, with a salary ranging from €4500 to €6500 based on experience for a 32-40 hour work week, along with travel allowances, a pension scheme, and a hybrid work mode.
