Must:
As a successful business analyst, you should have a strong understanding of supply chain and procurement principles in the logistics area. An HBO education is required. You should also possess proficiency in relevant software and tools for data analysis and process management, including dashboarding and PowerBI. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential, alongside a positive, proactive, and pragmatic mindset. Effective communication skills in English are necessary, and additional languages will be advantageous.
Responsibilities
As a business analyst, you will analyze and optimize supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. You will resolve bottlenecks in existing and new processes at our site. Collaboration with stakeholders to identify and address operational challenges is key. You will also optimize operational and administrative processes at the Veghel site, including automation, documentation, and drafting procedures. Initiating and executing projects aimed at optimizing workflows and proposing innovative improvements will be part of your role. You will guide users through new and existing procedures and applications, ensuring smooth adoption and compliance. Supporting improvement and implementation projects will be crucial in proactively meeting the current and future needs of both the department and our customers.
Description
We offer you a permanent position as a business analyst in Veghel, with a competitive salary range of €38,000 to €60,000 annually based on your work experience.
