Must:
1. ServiceNow HRSD Suite: Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events, Employee Document Management, HR Integrations.
2. ServiceNow Platform: Service Portal, Flow Designer, Workflow, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions.
3. HR Process Automation: Case management, onboarding/offboarding, employee transitions, document management.
4. Scripting: JavaScript, Glide API, Client/Server Scripts.
5. Integration: REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, 3rd Party HRIS (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
6. Reporting: Dashboards, Performance Analytics, custom reports, HR metrics.
7. Security & Compliance: Role-based access, data privacy, encryption, GDPR.
Responsibilities
1. Work with the ServiceNow HRSD Suite to manage cases and knowledge effectively.
2. Utilize the ServiceNow Platform to design and implement processes that meet our HR needs.
3. Automate HR processes, including onboarding, employee transitions, and document management.
4. Develop and execute scripts for various applications within ServiceNow.
5. Integrate our systems with third-party HRIS and ensure seamless data flow.
6. Create insightful reports and dashboards to track HR performance metrics.
7. Ensure compliance with security standards and data privacy regulations.
Description
We also value additional skills that enhance our teams capabilities. Experience in migrating the Hadoop ecosystem from on-premises to the cloud (preferably Google Cloud Platform) will be a significant advantage. Familiarity with Oozie scheduling or Airflow would also be beneficial.
