Requirements
Must:
- HBO werk- en denkniveau
- In het bezit van PSM 1
- Projectmanagement certificering (bijv. Prince 2, IPMA) of bereid deze binnen 1 jaar te behalen
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als Scrum Master binnen een complexe IT-omgeving
- Ervaring met werken in teams met zowel interne als externe medewerkers
- Ervaring met leveranciers
- Ervaring binnen de overheid en specifiek binnen de Justitiële keten is een pré
- Competenties: Coachen, Samenwerken, Klantgerichtheid, Luisteren, Plannen en Organiseren
Responsibilities
- Bijdragen aan professionaliseren van het agile applicatie ontwikkel- en beheerproces
- De leden van scrumteams coachen en faciliteren
- Belemmeringen signaleren en het team helpen deze op te lossen
- Team overstijgende samenwerking faciliteren
