Requirements
Must:
- MBO ICT niveau 4 of HBO werk- en denkniveau
- Werkervaring als (technisch) applicatiebeheerder
- Ervaring met databases en bij voorkeur SQL-querys
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse én Engelse taal
- Vermogen om te schakelen met verschillende stakeholders (gebruikers, leveranciers, beslissers)
- Flexibiliteit: je draait elke 4 weken een stand-by dienst
- Ervaring in de transportsector is een pré
Responsibilities
- Installeren, configureren en onderhouden van diverse applicaties, waaronder Transpas CS, PTV Route Optimiser, Fleethours, WICS, Wincar, Easylon en Accountview
- Actief betrokken bij de ontwikkeling van interne tools zoals een HRM-applicatie en klantportalen
- Opstellen van duidelijke handleidingen en werkinstructies voor kennisoverdracht
- Schakelen met collegas, leveranciers en eindgebruikers om techniek en praktijk te verbinden
