Responsibilities
Als trainee bij OGD zet ik razendsnel stappen in de wereld van ICT. In het eerste jaar versterk ik mijn technische kennis, stakeholdermanagement en communicatieve vaardigheden. Ik leer de kneepjes van het vak en doe kennis op van tools als TOPdesk en ServiceNow. Ook behaal ik drie waardevolle certificeringen: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) en ITIL. Mijn traineeship begint met een maand op de OGD Bootcamp, waarna ik bij een van onze klanten op locatie start op de servicedesk.
In het tweede jaar zet ik de eerste stappen richting een specialisatie, waarbij ik keuzes maak over mijn verdere carrière, of dat nu in de cloud is, consultancy, functioneel beheer of teammanagement. Met gerichte coaching en training helpt OGD mij om mijn doelen te bereiken.

Description
Bij OGD heb ik de mogelijkheid om impact te maken met techniek. Elke dag help ik toonaangevende organisaties om hun doelen te bereiken. Ik zorg ervoor dat verplegers meer tijd voor hun patiënten hebben, dat burgers toegang krijgen tot de juiste data en dat er goederen efficiënt de Rotterdamse haven binnenstromen. Daarnaast krijg ik van OGD een salaris van €2.750,- bruto per maand bij een 40-urige werkweek, met doorgroeimogelijkheden in verschillende richtingen zoals functioneel applicatiebeheer, systeembeheer, consultancy, projectleiding en teammanagement. OGD biedt een goede werk-privébalans, 26 vakantiedagen, vele opleidingsmogelijkheden, en een NS Business Card voor woon-werkverkeer.
