Requirements
Must:
- minimaal 6 jaar ervaring met Microsoft 365‑diensten, maar vooral in architectuur, productontwikkeling of automatisering;
- aantoonbare ervaring met het ontwerpen van schaalbare, standaardiseerbare architecturen (multi‑tenant, multi‑client, standaardisatie);
- kennis van Power Platform governance, ALM patterns, datamodellering en risicobeheersing;
- ervaring met M365 security & governance, inclusief Purview (labels, DLP, DSPM, eDiscovery);
- ervaring met of sterke affiniteit met Copilot, AI‑adoptie, agents en automatisering;
- vaardigheid om technische keuzes te koppelen aan productwaarde, bedieningskosten en schaalbaarheid;
- een sterke vaardigheid om technisch richting te geven, documentatie te ontwikkelen en specialisten te coachen.
Responsibilities
- verantwoordelijk voor de architectuur inrichtingen behorende bij de M365 productiviteitsapplicaties zoals Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Viva, Powerplatform & Purview;
- standaardiseert en vereenvoudigt diensten, inclusief lifecycle, demarcatie, governance en technische kaders;
- brengt AI‑functionaliteiten (Copilot, agents, Purview‑AI governance) onder in het domein, zodat we richting autonome workflows en agent‑based automation groeien;
- ontwerpt automatisering voor shift‑left en run‑reductie: scripted checks, standaard changes, monitoring, self‑service flows en integraties;
- werkt nauw samen met de Product Owner om technische kaders, productwaardes, roadmaps en CSI‑initiatieven scherp te definiëren;
- vormt de brug tussen technische specialisten en productontwikkeling: je ontwerpt patronen die specialisten kunnen bouwen, documenteren en beheren;
- fungeert als sparringpartner bij dienstontwikkeling, contractdefinities, security‑vraagstukken, data governance en compliance;
- bewaakt de consistentie, schaalbaarheid en beheersbaarheid van het volledige M365‑domein.
