Requirements
Must:
- A Bachelors degree in the direction of electrical engineering, computer science or industrial automation.
- Knowledge in PLC controls and affinity with network components and MES. Knowledge and experience with Wonderware and Rockwell PLCs is not a must, but can be an advantage.
- Experience in an engineering job in machine and equipment construction.
- You are someone who takes initiative, has an innovative mindset and self-knowledge.
- You are trustworthy, service oriented and want to work together with colleagues.
- Good control of the English language. Dutch is a pre.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and improve existing Automation and MES applications.
- Support daily automation topics occurring on the line (HMI-PLC-MES).
- Support root cause analysis for MES and automation issues.
- Identify improvement areas on the line under your responsibility.
- Support improvement projects related to MES and Automation.
- Maintain and improve Automation and MES documentation.
