Requirements
Must:
- WO werk- en denkniveau
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als Enterprise architect, Programma architect, of Solution Architect
- Certificering in Architectuur- en Agile methoden (TOGAF, Archimate, SAFe)
- Uitstekende communicatievaardigheden
- Ervaring met stakeholdersmanagement in een complexe organisatie
- Gewend om op strategisch niveau te werken
- Analytisch sterk en besluitvaardig
- Proactief in communicatie
- Vooruitdenkend en in staat om mee te bewegen met verandering
Responsibilities
- Ondersteunen van de besluitvorming voor initiatieven binnen resultaatgebieden bij NS
- Adviseren van Cluster Leads, IT/Data Leads en Epic Owners
- Samenwerken met het support team om cluster-overstijgende initiatieven te ondersteunen
- Verder ontwikkelen en borgen van de visie, kaders en principes voor architecten
- Vertalen van de visie naar doelarchitecturen en roadmaps
- Verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor de enablers op de roadmap
- Afstemmen met solution architecten om te zorgen dat ontwikkelingen conform de visie verlopen
- Afstemmen met de Lead Enterprise Architect om verbeteringen in architectuurprocessen te realiseren

Je zult deel uitmaken van het functionele cluster architectuur, waar we ons inzetten voor de professionalisering van de architectuurfunctie. Deze functie biedt uitgebreide ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden en flexibele werkomstandigheden. De locatie van deze functie is in Utrecht, met de optie voor hybride werken.
