- 40 uur per week beschikbaar
- Nieuwsgierig, flexibel, communicatief vaardig, data gedreven, en oplossingsgericht
- Beheersing Nederlandse en Engelse taal
Responsibilities
- Persoonlijke trainee opdrachten uitvoeren
- Samenwerken met een vaste buddy en manager voor wekelijkse en maandelijkse evaluatie
- Begeleiding ontvangen van een Learning & Development coach
- Deelname aan intervisie
- Trainingen volgen op maat en gebruik maken van een persoonlijk budget voor professionele ontwikkeling

Als Software Testing Trainee bieden we je de kans om je binnen 2 jaar klaar te stomen voor een vaste functie. Je krijgt een startsalaris van €3.400,- bruto per maand, goede begeleiding en career coaching. Met een sportschool en een bedrijfsrestaurant waar je voor €3,25 een gezonde lunch kunt krijgen, zijn we gevestigd in Rijswijk, maar je werkt op de plek die het beste past bij wat je doet.
