Requirements
Must:
- een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding
- uitgebreide ervaring als Technical Product Owner in een complexe DevOps omgeving
- aantoonbare ervaring in het aansturen van een team, jouw stijl van leidinggeven is coachend
- kennis van IT systemen, processen en verschillende ontwikkelmethodieken
- ervaring met agile werken
- sterk analytisch vermogen en procesmatig sterk
- goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een verbindende, coachende leiderschapsstijl
Responsibilities
- vertalen van businessdoelstellingen naar concrete technische epics, features en backlog-items
- regisseren van prioriteitsplanning in afstemming met business en stakeholders
- coachen en ontwikkelen van jouw teamleden zowel vakinhoudelijk als in soft skills
- sturen op performance van het deliveryproces (voorspelbaarheid, flow, kwaliteit en doorlooptijd)
- verantwoordelijk voor samenhangende, domeinbrede delivery roadmaps
- borgen van compliance met relevante wet- en regelgeving (o.a. WOK, WLA, ISO27001)
- zorgen voor auditability: traceerbaarheid van besluiten, changes en releases
- aanspreekpunt bij audits, reviews en interne/externe controles

In deze rol bieden we een salaris tussen €5.500,- en €7.800,- bruto per maand, een aantrekkelijke bonusregeling, en de mogelijkheid om 32 tot 40 uur per week te werken. Je zult voornamelijk werken vanuit ons kantoor in Rijswijk, maar ook vanaf een plek die het beste past bij jouw werkzaamheden.
